13.2 Member's Right. You may close your k6777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on bonus funds.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the preceding provisions, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Where changes are material, k6777 will provide notice to members via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the k6777 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the k6777 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
