Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, this period may be extended by a further sixty (60) days with notification to you. k6777 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a data rights request.

The k6777 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. k6777 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and KYC process.

If k6777 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted in accordance with our data disposal procedures, and any deposits held will be returned via the original payment method to the extent possible.
